What is the solution to my Dental Problems
If you have tooth ache it may require the decay cleaning out and a dressing or filling put in. It may be more involved and a root filling or in some cases an extraction is needed.
At PWC we have a team of Consultant Oral Surgeons, Endodontic Specialist (who deals with root fillings) Anaesthetists and Dentists who can help with your toothache. If an extraction is needed you may want to discuss the options of filling the gap with a denture, bridge or implant.
Having your teeth and gums cleaned, polished and looked after by our Hygienist may be an option for you. However, in some cases whitening or veneers may be the way forward. Ask about our teeth whitening stems and offers.

We use various systems to straighten teeth without wearing a fixed brace for a lengthy time. Some techniques allow you to have straight teeth in 6 months. Call and speak to a member of our team and ask about our systems (Invisalign etc).
Using advanced 3D computer-imaging technology, Invisalign begins by showing you your complete treatment plan based on your Invisalign Clear Aligners Provider’s prescription, from the initial position of your teeth to the final desired position.
Each aligner is worn for about two weeks before being replaced by the next in the series, gradually moving towards the projected final position. The treatment time depends on your specific needs and will be decided by your Invisalign Provider.
A series of clear aligners are then custom-made for your teeth to move them little by little.
In some cases, a crown or bridge can fill the gaps of missing teeth. However, in many cases a dental implant in the procedure of choice. Implants are not removable and have many benefits over dentures etc.
Other benefits include:
- Reduces the risk of bone loss
- Function as well as natural teeth
- Easy to clean – just like natural teeth
- Do not alter your natural tooth structure
- Fit in well with your natural teeth
Another advantage is that they do not move around or are as ill-fitting compared to dentures. Dentures are a popular replacement for natural teeth, but some people do find them awkward or difficult to get used to. In these cases, an implant can be a better option.
We will give you a detailed no obligation treatment plan which you can consider at your leisure. You can discuss any queries you may have with a Dentist or Treatment Co-ordinator. You will also have the opportunity to prioritise your needs and discuss our payment plan options. Many people choose to take advantage of our 0% finance option.
